Verbatim Secure Pro USB Software Updater

This updater fixes issues associated with the discontinuation of Adobe Flash® as well as compatibility issues with newer macOS® versions when using the Verbatim Secure Pro USB drive.

Download the Windows® updater .zip folder from the following location. Note, the updater and update process can only be performed on Windows 7, 8, or 10 systems.
Unzip the downloaded folder to the desktop using WinZip, 7zip or similar.
Insert the Secure Pro USB into an available USB port.
Double click on the unzipped file called “Updater” located on the desktop per step 2.
On the popup window, click “Start.”
The software will update your drive. If successful, a popup will notify you. Click “OK.”
The drive is now updated and can be accessed normally.

A note on the access password:

For example: if the old password was 1234&4321. The new password is 1234&4321

Remember, the software password can be changed at any time after inserting the drive and unlocking it by clicking “Change Password” on the following screen.
